Hi!

My name is Jeralyn Mary (I go by Mary) and I am a medical technologist in Florida. I am currently married to an amazing man who supports all my crazy ideas, including this blog (he actually reads every post before I publish them). We have two amazing fur babies. I love them more than I can express and they're amazing. They make us laugh and feel so unconditionally loved every day.

I love music. It truly feeds my soul and can easily bring me out of a funk. I am obsessed with clothes, bows, glitter and the color pink! My husband is from South Africa and we went there to visit his family in the Fall of 2013. It was the most amazing experience of my life and I can't wait to go back.

I started this blog to inspire people living on a gluten free diet to not give up. There are plenty of yummy and delicious products out there. You just have to know where to look! This is where I come in. Why not have me do it for you? I plan to share with you my ups and downs as I navigate this ever evolving gluten free world. If you see something that I've reviewed that you have a different opinion on, please leave me a comment.
